ASSOCIATION STEP 1 >> STEP 2 Please read the letter below before completing your application. Dear Head Football Coach and Staff Here you will find your KFCA application for membership. Please fill out the form, print and mail to me with your dues payment (you can mail/fax the application and then send the money later). The deadline for the application is May 15th . ($25.00 FOR LATE APPLICATION) State championship dates have been set for Friday, December 3rd and Saturday, December 4th. All of the games will be played at Western Kentucky University's L.T. Smith Stadium. The 6th Annual KFCA State Championship Clinic will be held in conjunction with the State Finals. More details will be forwarded as plans develop. I want to thank the KFCA regional representatives (now Area Representatives) for there continued work helping the KFCA. Your nominations for district coach/player of the year will go through them. Only KFCA members will be voting/nominating for these awards. The district player/coach of the year will be honored at the state championship games. A special thanks to Russell Athletics in joining with the KFCA for our awards program. Coaches who have won 100/200/250 games going into this season (and those who win those milestone games this year-let me know) will be honored at the state championship games along with those coaches who go undefeated during the regular season.
